Description

As a Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will take end to end ownership of the Dynamics 365 implementation and be responsible for the scope of the project. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution. You will need to be hands on in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. Another key aspect of the role will be training and supporting multiple users of Dynamics 365 by running workshops and assisting with the training materials.

We are currently looking for someone with a focused knowledge on CE/CRM, both for the United States and a position in Berlin, Germany.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Working closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution
• Hands-on in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics CE
• End to end tasks including:
• Project scoping
• Analysis
• Design
• Functional documentation
• Configuration
• Testing
• Mentoring and training
• Go-live support
• Assist in the development of training materials
• Ensure and maintain quality and functionality

Skills & Experience Preferred

·       Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software development project implementation.

·       Minimum of 1 year experience in project management development and growth experience.

·       Hands-on experience with large scale ERP projects and managing their implementation.

·       In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Dynamics and Share Point.

·       Analytical mindset and organized structure.

·       Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to consult face to face.

·       Excellent project management skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
