Formerly Navision, then Microsoft NAV, and now known as Microsoft Business Central, this is a cloud based ERP solution that integrates with Dynamics 365.  Equipped with a smooth interface, it is a cloud replacement for a GP level product and ready to use with few customizations.

Microsoft Dynamics AX was one of Microsoft's enterprise resource planning software products.  AX, formerly known as Axapta, was bought by Microsoft, before they decided to bring things into the cloud.  In 2018, its fat client interface was removed and the web product was rebranded as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O).
